Class Information.
- Our PE day is a Wednesday so please send your child to school wearing appropriate clothing/ footwear.
- Our outdoor learning day is a Monday so please send your child to school in clothing that you don't mind getting wet/ dirty.
- Please provide your child with with a pair of old wellies/ old footwear that can be left in school for our outdoor learning opportunities.
- We shall be continuing to read daily in class and reading books are changed weekly to be read at home. Reading books shall be changed on a Friday but please ensure books are in school daily. In order for your child to make good progress, please support your child with their reading by practising frequently.
- Home tasks will be set every Friday on Google classroom. We will continue to use Class Dojo to post information, pictures and class updates. Parents can also communicate via the messages on Class Dojo or through Google classroom.
- Please ensure that your child brings a water bottle labelled with their name to school every day and jumpers and cardigans are clearly labelled too.
- As part of the Public Health Wales Healthy and Sustainable Pre- School Scheme National Awards Criteria, children are encouraged to bring in their own water bottle with a sports cap, so they have access to water. Please send in the bottles cleaned and filled each morning. Children can refill bottles using jugs in class.
- Children are encouraged to bring in fruit from home for a snack at morning break. No sweets or snacks other than fruit is allowed.
- Equipment needed by the children during school will be provided by the school. Please do not send in toys, keyrings, notebooks, pencil cases etc.
- On occasions the school may ask for specific items to be sent in to school to support learning activities and this request will be sent via email or Class Dojo.
