Class 1

Welcome to Class 1 (Nurserylaugh

Please see our class information below:

Mrs Coombes will be in class on a Monday and Tuesday. Miss Parr will be in class on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Many of our learning activities will take place outdoors, so please provide your child with a pair of  wellies (in a bag) to leave in school. Also ensure they have a waterproof coat with them on a daily basis.

Please send spare clothing to school with your child everyday, just incase they have to be changed.

Clearly label all clothing and wellies.

PE sessions will take place on a Friday. Please send your child to school wearing suitable clothing and trainers every Thursday.

Home tasks will be set weekly, on a Friday. These will be set on Class Dojo along with information, class updates and photographs/videos. You can use the message option to contact the class teachers throughout the day. Messages can be sent to Mrs Coombes on a Monday and Tuesday and to Miss Parr on a Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.

Please provide your child with a healthy fruit snack everyday (can include cucumber or carrot sticks). Slice grapes in half, lengthways. This snack needs to be kept separate to their lunch bag, for easy access, and it should be clearly labelled with your child's name.

We request that you provide your child with a water bottle, also clearly labelled with their name. No flavoured waters, squash or fruit juice permitted.

Milk is available for your child to drink during snack time. Please inform us of any allergies.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the school office on 01656 815840. Leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Many thanks for your continued support, Nursery Staff.
